Zean Lifestyle Homes (a DBA of Zean LLC) is a Washington State residential developer and home builder specializing in thoughtfully planned lifestyle communities across King and Pierce Counties.
We were founded with a clear purpose: to create residential neighborhoods where quality of construction and quality of life go hand in hand. Since breaking ground on our first community — Zunno Estates in Parkland — in 2017, we have developed over three communities, with a fourth now underway.
Our team brings deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and a genuine appreciation for what families need in a home today: flexible living spaces, premium finishes, proximity to great schools and parks, and neighbors who make a street feel like a community.
